Happy Endings Stamp

The follow-up to my "Enough with the Grim Dark" stamp, this is a plea of sorts for havng more happy endings in media. Maybe it's just my preference t happy endings (or at least bittersweet), though I suppose a sad ending is good when it's done well.

However, the use of depressing endings/turns right out of nowhere is very irritating, Like with the Ending of Evangelion 2.0, where everything seems to end fairly well all things considered... until the next movie, wherein everything has gone to hell, and poor Shinji is treated like dirt just because he did what he thought was right.

Same with the third Puella Magi Madoka Magica movie, which utterly negates the poignant, bittersweet ending of the series, especially after everyone in it practically earned some kind of happy ending by that point. Also, Bunnycat is a dick (Thank you SFDebris for so succinctly summing up what so many fans hate about Kyubey).

...Come to think of it, both Shinji and Madoka are in desperate needs of hugs during their respective series...
